Title: Create your own Board!
Hello Silverline Club Member,
As promised, the boards (Silver Groups) that were three weeks old have been consolidated and members with one or more credit have been rejoined with their inviter! There are some members that can actually select a seat in a group of their choice, and this is what this email will cover. If you notice, you or some of your members may be in the Prospect Area. Please read on to understand what to do.
* Prospect Area
The Group Prospects Area is a 24-hour temporary location for members who are eligible to enter or re-enter a Group, but their Inviter's Group cannot accommodate them, otherwise the Group Prospects Area is not used. All members in the Group Prospects Area are eligible to return to a Group, and can do so by selecting an available seat.
Question: I am in the Prospect Area, how do I select a seat?
Answer:
1. Login
2. Click on the "My Silver Groups" link located in the second to last menu box on the right.
3. Click on the Group that displays your position as "Group Prospect"
4a. Click on a group from the Group Selection list and select a seat by clicking on the link "select this seat" below the green available seat.
4b. Another option is to type in the Group ID of the Group you would like to be seating in and select a seat in this Group.
* Create your own Group!
This is a Power User option for those that wish to utilize the system to the fullest. If you are the team leader, look through the groups and then give your members the Group ID and seat location of the group you want them to go to. All of the members sitting in the Prospect Area can now create their own Group with ANY of their levels!
How hot is this? Which other company gives you control of creating your own matrix? This is simply unheard of. Utilize the system to your advantage and achieve everything you set out to achieve.
The Prospect Area is normally a 24-hour location; however we have extended the time to 96 hours this week to give you a chance to create the groups that you want. If your group contains many members in the Prospect Area and/or the Waiting List, please allow a little time for your group to be displayed.
